📋 Description

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
• Keep community appearance—grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• Collaborate with maintenance team for smooth operations
• Rotating emergency on-call schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) a plus
• No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
• Strong customer service mindset and team player
• Independent worker who values reliability
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
