TIG Welder (Merlin)

📋 Description

• Weld, assemble and fabricate various fluid systems and sub-assembly components
• Use precision calibrated tools – torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers
• Follow procedures, specifications, and test instructions
• Read and interpret technical drawings, follow detailed work instructions
• Use various mechanical tools without instruction
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and heavy equipment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years TIG welding experience OR certification
• 5+ years with stainless steel, carbon steel, Inconel, aluminum, or copper (preferred)
• Aerospace TIG welding experience
• Blueprint reading and layout proficiency
• Welds pass visual inspection before X-ray/dye pen
