📋 Description

• Execute on M&A and strategic transactions
• Support financing activities, equity administration, and governance
• Manage global expansion, entity formation, and compliance
• Oversee real estate and insurance matters
• Design scalable legal processes and playbooks
• Partner with Finance, People, Operations across the company

🎯 Requirements

• JD degree and licensed in CA or NY
• 3-6+ years in corporate law (M&A, securities, governance)
• Experience with fast-growing tech companies; in-house preferred
• Global expansion and multinational structures experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Team-focused, proactive problem-solver
