🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in professional design, growth/ecommerce focus.
- Onboarding and merchandising surfaces; iterative experiments like A/B testing.
- Experience with UX research and independent testing.
- Balance craft, critical thinking, and business needs.
- Understand psychology; knowledge of design patterns.
- Strong communication of goals and alignment with leadership.
