📋 Description
- Hybrid technical and commercial role delivering post-sale technical leadership
- Engage with customers, executives and internal teams to accelerate adoption of Databricks platform
- Create and execute plans to move use cases from win to production and drive onboarding, enablement
- Lead technical strategy and coordination across multiple selling teams, PS, and support resources
- Provide KPI updates and governance on usage, risks, product adoption and progress
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Professional Services for new innovations and upgrades
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years delivering technical projects in Data & AI domains
- Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting
- Understanding of distributed data systems and how to attribute business value to deliverables
- Technical program/project management with stakeholder and resource accountability
- Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives
