📋 Description
- Deliver the country plan for Iberia (Spain & Portugal) and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead a small local team and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders.
- Manage demand and supply, scale commercial and operational growth initiatives.
- Report to the GM, Europe (based in London).
- Travel within Iberia and occasionally to London/US.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of experience driving commercial growth; marketing/operations/BD/P&L a plus.
- Proven cross-functional leadership across multiple teams/leaders.
- Data-driven, fast-paced, entrepreneurial mindset; startup/marketplace experience a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship building, and presentation skills.
- Balance creative thinking with strong business judgment and analytics.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
