📋 Description

• Independently lead and motivate diverse teams on projects
• Manage a team of Project Managers
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery per scope
• Lead Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master
• Communicate with project teams, clients & senior management
• Foster collaboration and drive process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in a relevant program
• 7+ years PM experience with Agile
• 8+ years consulting/agency PM experience
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall
• Managed distributed/remote teams
• Experience delivering large digital projects ($1MM+, 9+ months)
