Senior QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Own QA for complex Amazon Connect and CCaaS tech
• Design testing across contact flows, routing, IVR, self-service
• Automated/manual testing across UI, API, integrations
• Validate migrations, monitoring, cutovers for live releases
• Lead UAT with customers and mentor QA team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years QA/test engineering exp; CCaaS/IVR exposure
• Hands-on with Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS
• Playwright, Cypress, Selenium automation
• Serverless AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions; strong defect triage
• Experience with UAT, client collaboration, analytics
