Senior Salesforce Developer, Service Cloud

📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and build solutions
• Configure and optimize Service Cloud features: Omni-Channel, Console, Case Management
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., CTI, Jira)
• Collaborate with US-based team with PST overlap
• Shape technical approaches using best practices
• Customize Salesforce via declarative and coded methods

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Salesforce development, including Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
• Experience with Omni Channel, Chat, Entitlements, Milestones
• 5+ years in Salesforce Development: Apex, Trigger, LWC, SOQL
• Frontend tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript in Lightning components
• REST/Web Services integrations with third-party apps
