📋 Description

• Oversee daily SOC operations and manage security professionals.
• Develop and implement security policies and incident response protocols.
• Lead security monitoring strategies and threat intelligence efforts.
• Drive vulnerability management and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
• Balance rapid incident resolution with security quality; stay ahead of AI/AIOps trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders to protect patients, staff, and data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Info Security (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in security ops; 5+ in leadership/management.
• Proven SOC management and incident response leadership.
• Strong with SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, firewalls, and vulnerability tools.
• Experience with regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
