Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor individuals with I/DD
• Lead activities: music, art, games, reading, AV
• Teach daily life skills: cooking, money mgmt, volunteering
• Lead outings and workshops; engage individuals in activities
• Assist with personal care and behavioral support
• Housekeeping, cleaning, and cooking duties

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months experience with individuals with I/DD
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive company van
• Comfort with personal care and behavioral support
• Compassion, patience, professionalism
