Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Work across Product and GTM to turn ambiguous questions into metrics, models, analyses, and
• Build and maintain dbt models and pipelines for product, customers, and business
• Design clear data models; improve testing, docs, performance, and reliability of data stack
• Build dashboards in Metabase and Hex; dive deeper beyond charts when needed
• Operationalize data via reverse ETL; collaborate with GTM Engineering on scoring, segmentation, and
• Balance fast answers with durable models and reusable workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data analytics, or data engineering
• Exceptional SQL and hands-on experience with dbt and a modern cloud data warehouse
• Track record of end-to-end data projects from problem definition to shipping
• Strong data modeling judgment; thinking in grains, reusable components, and interfaces
• Analytical judgment; ability to turn findings into clear recommendations
• Comfort moving between technical implementation and business context
