📋 Description

• Inside Sales/Call Center role connecting patients to clinical trials
• Contact warm leads by phone and schedule opportunities
• Follow study priorities to determine which patient accounts need attention
• Use scripts and systems to guide conversations and move candidates through scheduling
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Collaborate with teammates, site managers, and leaders to improve outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing role
• A people-oriented, compassionate communication style
• Preferred: experience with high-volume outbound calls
• Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
