• Define and implement the global AI and EdTech strategy aligning key communities with priorities.
• Lead evolution of AI Literacy & Creator Collective and migration to Better Future Hub.
• Set strategic direction, product roadmap, and editorial approach for the Better Future Hub.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with tech partners, funders, and donors.
• Support funding proposals, regional expansion, and alignment with leadership.
• Foster a global learning community of educators and network staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years leadership in educational technology, AI, or global education initiatives.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder strategic initiatives across international markets.
• Strong experience in product strategy, digital platforms, content management, or knowledge
• Proven ability to cultivate partnerships with technology companies, donors, and foundations.
• Strong fluency in generative AI, EdTech infrastructure, and relevant pedagogical frameworks.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams with inclusive leadership.
