- Lead dbt Slack community operations for global engagement
- Partner with internal teams to shape engagement programs
- Develop scalable moderation and support workflows
- Coach moderators and onboard new volunteers
- Create content systems to inform and activate members
- Surface insights to Product/Marketing/Support
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in digital community management
- Owned day-to-day operations for large online communities
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics
- Experience building moderation/workflows and Code of Conduct enforcement
- Excellent written comms and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with community tooling and analytics
