📋 Description
- Lead dbt community engagement across the globe
- Manage and grow the dbt Slack community
- Partner with internal teams to strengthen member experience
- Surface insights and drive participation
- Plan and manage incident response with Legal/People/Security as needed
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in digital community management or related field
- Experience owning day-to-day operations for large online communities
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and trust-building
- Experience with moderation workflows and Code of Conduct enforcement
- Excellent written communication and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with community tooling/analytics (Slack, Common Room, etc.)
