• 5+ years of experience contributing to multiple released projects in some market.
• Experience solving open or ill-defined problems.
• Strong collaboration with direct team and cross-functional areas.
• Autonomy in day-to-day decisions regarding design details.
• Contributes to technical decisions and evolution of junior teammates.
