📋 Description

• Lead design, implement, and support SAP HCM Time Management.
• Configure work schedules and rules per labor laws.

• Investigate incidents and perform ABAP debugging when needed.

• Strong experience implementing and supporting SAP HCM Time Management.
• Advanced config of time evaluation, work schedules, and PCRs.
• Deep knowledge of integration with SAP Payroll, PA, and OM.
• ABAP code analysis and debugging for troubleshooting.
• Experience drafting technical/functional specs for ABAP developers.
• Ability to map labor law and union rules to SAP HCM solutions.
