Senior Manager - Cruise

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day commercial performance of Luxury Escapes' Cruise business
• Own live trading and 6–12 month commercial plan
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, Tech, Operations, Customer Service, Finance
• Drive growth, opportunities, and scale through proactive decisions
• Manage cruise product, partnerships, promotions, distribution, and delivery
• Represent Luxury Escapes at trade shows and partner meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Significant cruise industry experience
• Senior relationships with cruise lines and wholesalers
• Strong revenue, margin, and business performance ownership
• Experience negotiating complex supplier terms
• Pricing, promo, and product strategy experience
• Analytical, data-driven decision maker
