📋 Description

• Hybrid technical and commercial role guiding post-sale adoption of Databricks platform
• Lead across stakeholders, orchestrating teams to drive production workloads and customer value
• Engage with customers to accelerate usage, onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to prioritise use cases and execute post-technical win
• Provide updates on KPI, risk, product adoption and use case progression to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI domains
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting
• Experience with distributed data systems and attributing business value to deliverables
• Technical program/project management with stakeholder and resource accountability
• Strong ability to navigate escalations with senior executives and run discovery workshops
