📋 Description
- Lead the dbt community team focused on digital engagement and Slack community growth
- Partner with internal teams to strengthen member experience and surface insights
- Develop content systems to inform and activate members
- Manage incident response and cross-channel engagement efforts
- Own and optimize community tooling, workflows, and governance
- Monitor engagement metrics and surface outcomes to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in digital community management or related roles
- Experience running large online communities (Slack/Discord/forum)
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and trust-building at scale
- Proven ability to design moderation/workflows and enforce Code of Conduct
- Excellent written communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with community tooling and analytics (Slack workflows, Common Room, etc.)
