📋 Description

• Develop long-term academic marketing strategies in Korea.
• Build surgeon development pathways from resident to Advanced robotic surgeon.
• Identify growth through surgeon pipelines and ecosystem mapping.
• Align academic initiatives with ISK commercial priorities.
• Partner with Tier 1 academic hospitals for scalable programs.
• Collaborate with hospitals to strengthen training ecosystems.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in healthcare; medical device/academic hospitals preferred.
• Experience in healthcare ecosystem development and education.
• Commercial experience with healthcare/HCP compliance.
• Familiarity with robotic surgery ecosystem and SP platform is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, Zoom, Smartsheet, and data analysis tools.
