📋 Description
- Lead broad technical scopes across robotic platforms
- Contribute to product launches in China; create input docs, test methods, verifications, and
- Build and coach staff in a fast-paced team
- Interface across software, clinical, design, human factors, regulatory
- Scope resources; minimize risk; deliver on time and budget
- Serve as liaison between ISI and JV leadership
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 12 years experience; BS required; MS/PhD preferred
- Travel up to 10% of time
- Lead and influence across org; recruit and retain engineers; foster execution
- Experience across product lifecycle: design, implementation, verification, validation, transfer to
- OO/C++ development; FDA/regulatory familiarity; China regulations a plus
- Strong communication with executive leadership; ability to multitask under pressure
