📋 Description
- Assess failure modes of semi-automated/ automated test equipment
- On-site preventive maintenance and calibration coordination
- Coordinate calibration with outside services
- On-site PM and calibration reporting
- Manage asset numbers and tooling fixtures
- Replicate fixture/tooling lists and maintain PMC docs
🎯 Requirements
- Proficient in SAP PMC module
- Experience troubleshooting equipment, fixtures, tooling
- Understanding of QC, Inspection, Metrology, GMP
- Product development lifecycle familiarity (prototype to transfer)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience with measurement tools (dial calipers, micrometers, force gauges, Instron)
