- Collaborate with Quality, BTS, and process owners
- Define quality data strategy and governance
- Drive self-service analytics for stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory-compliant data and models
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 5–7 years in quality systems, analytics, or regulated settings
- Experience with metrics, dashboards, and process analytics
- Data fundamentals: modeling, quality, governance
- BI/tools and SQL; Python/R a plus
- ML/AI in quality domains; model lifecycle awareness
