📋 Description

• Hybrid role based in San Francisco Bay Area with 2-3 days/week in the office.
• Own end-to-end guest payments research across multiple workstreams.
• Uncover insights by combining qualitative and quantitative data to inform payments product

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of research experience in mixed-methods research.
• Experience with payments, fintech, or high-trust financial domains.
• Ability to design and analyze surveys; lead foundational qualitative studies.
• Strong storytelling to influence product and executives; cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel to SF office or offsites as needed.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay Range: $180,000 — $224,000 USD
