📋 Description
- Own day-to-day operations of the dbt Slack community, welcoming, high-signal experience
- Partner with stakeholders to evolve channel strategy and engagement
- Develop scalable moderation workflows including Code of Conduct enforcement
- Coach moderators and onboard new moderators as the community grows
- Create content systems to inform and activate members
- Surface insights to Product/Marketing/Support and close the loop
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in digital community management in global or distributed env
- Experience owning day-to-day ops for a large online community
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and belonging
- Experience building/modifying moderation workflows with CoC enforcement
- Excellent written communication and facilitation skills
- Experience using community tooling and analytics to track engagement
