Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Moloco Commerce Media

📋 Description

• Design and deliver core ML models for CTR prediction, retrieval, conversion, and
• Lead end-to-end experiments from problem framing to online A/B testing to improve auction, ranking
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams to translate retail media requirements
• Improve ML pipelines, model serving, and monitoring for low-latency, high-throughput inference at
• Mentor other ML engineers through reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices in ML and MLOps.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of hands-on ML or ML engineering experience with production models in ads, recommender
• Strong hands-on experience with modern ML toolchains (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, feature
• Experience building/optimizing CTR predictors, retrieval/conversion models, or recommender systems
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured ML projects with defined metrics and
• Excellent collaboration skills to align with non-technical stakeholders across product
• Proven track record as a senior technical IC, owning high-impact initiatives and setting high
