Senior Manager, Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Across Australia and the US, run the IR program end-to-end
• Produce materials: shareholder letters, investor decks, Q&A docs
• Coordinate quarterly earnings cycle for private investors
• Manage investor inquiries and events logistics
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Data Science, Growth
• Partner with leadership to refine investor communications

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in IR, equity research, IB, or public company finance
• Strong financial acumen; SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, Rule of 40)
• Polished written communication under deadline pressure
• Strong project management; hit deadlines, flag issues early
• Knowledge of SEC disclosures and public company norms
• Experience with AI in day-to-day problem solving
