📋 Description

• Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications to increase user acquisition
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with token projects and ecosystem participants to
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, KOL/Affiliate teams to coordinate launches
• Monitor daily product performance and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Own or contribute to business KPIs and growth targets aligned with commercial goals.
• Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market data to optimize growth outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or similar roles, preferably in
• Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, DeFi ecosystems, and lending/borrowing mechanisms.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and manage external partnerships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ownership mindset with focus on KPIs and business results.
