Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead on defining application and workflow requirements with clients and stakeholders
• Write epics and user stories; translate requirements into improvement plans
• Validate solutions meet client definitions of done
• Refine backlog; participate in sprint planning and backlog prioritization
• Coordinate with Project Management Office; assist training and SOP docs
• Conduct onsite or virtual requirements workshops and demo end-to-end solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years as a business analyst or similar in requirements and process flows
• 2+ years with Healthcare, US Federal, or Military end clients
• Experience in consulting, software development, client-facing implementations
