Maintenance Journeyman

📋 Description

• Install, repair, erect, dismantle and assemble plant machinery and electrical/electronic equipment
• Inspect glass forming machines and related parts
• Make line repair adjustments to glass forming machines
• Weld, braze, solder and cut metals for maintenance and fabrication
• Determine causes of breakdowns and necessary repairs

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree or GED
• Journeyman card required (Maintenance, Electrical or HVAC preferred)
• Maintenance experience in an industrial environment
• Glass manufacturing experience preferred
• PLC programming/troubleshooting is a plus
• Basic PC literacy (Word, email, basic data entry)
