Information Security Lead

📋 Description

• Own and drive the compliance roadmap across multiple frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS 2
• Lead end-to-end ISO 27001 implementation and related compliance projects for customers.
• Mentor and upskill compliance specialists; review work to maintain audit quality.
• Act as senior compliance partner for customer success and sales teams; guide on complex questions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate compliance gaps into product initiatives.
• Strengthen relationships with certification partners and support auditor enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in information security and GRC, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Led at least 5 ISO 27001 certification projects as implementer/auditor.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or leading people/teams.
• Hands-on experience with a GRC platform or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP security posture and remediation planning.
