📋 Description

• Own ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS 2, DORA compliance roadmap across multiple frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end ISO 27001 implementations for customers.
• Coach compliance specialists; review work and audits for quality.
• Conduct internal audits for strategic customers; review junior audits.
• Partner with success, sales, product and engineering for compliance needs.
• Translate requirements into product initiatives; improve content and templates.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in information security and GRC, B2B SaaS preferred.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Led at least 5 ISO 27001 projects as implementer/auditor.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on with GRC tools; cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication.
