Information Security Lead

📋 Description

• Own and drive multi-framework compliance across ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS 2, DORA, and others.
• Lead end-to-end ISO 27001 implementations for customers.
• Mentor compliance specialists and review audits to ensure quality.
• Conduct internal audits and support senior customer success and sales teams with guidance.
• Improve compliance content, templates, playbooks, and training resources.
• Identify gaps and translate feedback into internal processes and product initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in information security and GRC, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading at least 5 ISO 27001 projects (implementer/auditor).
• At least 2 years managing or leading people/teams.
• Hands-on with a GRC platform or similar tools.
• Strong cloud security posture knowledge across AWS, Azure, GCP.
