📋 Description
- Champion a safety culture and ensure SHE compliance.
- Lead safe execution via LOTOTO, Permit-to-Work, and contractor manage.
- Identify and mitigate SHE and ergonomic risks across the lifecycle.
- Ensure designs/execution align with GMP, Sanitary Design, and MOS.
- Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and CAPEX proposals.
- Manage capital projects from initiation to handover.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering or related field.
- Local language fluent; English intermediate.
- 5+ years delivering capex investment projects.
- Strong engineering background with process manufacturing.
- Hands-on commissioning experience.
- Experience in tendering and managing budgets.
