📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and scale several engineering teams, including engineering leaders, senior technical
• Build and maintain a high-performance engineering culture with clear goals, feedback, performance
• Drive delivery of scalable platform and product experiences for omnichannel communication across
• Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional leadership to define priorities, roadmaps, and
• Provide technical leadership across the full stack for architecture and complex engineering
• Align teams to internal and external needs by delivering a robust, reliable omnichannel platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 20+ engineers, including leads
• Strong product engineering background with SaaS product scaling experience from early development
• Experience guiding feature delivery across the full product lifecycle from validation to production.
• Strong frontend and backend architecture understanding with credibility to influence full-stack
• Hands-on technical leadership in architecture, strategy, problem-solving, and mentoring.
• Ability to drive high performance through goal setting, feedback, coaching, and performance
