Senior Scientific Director

📋 Description

• Partner with account leadership to develop and execute organic growth strategies, anticipating
• Develop scientific communications platforms, communication plans, KOL engagement strategies
• Serve as the scientific lead for client pitches, RFPs, RFIs, and new business development
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior clients and KOLs, acting as a consistent
• Ensure scientific communications remain aligned with client SOPs, messaging requirements, strategic
• Provide scientific leadership and quality oversight for publications, medical communications

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced scientific degree.
• 7–10 years of experience in medical communications, Medical Affairs, or the pharmaceutical
• Strong integrated scientific communications experience spanning both medical communications and
• Proven ability to develop scientific and account strategies and translate them into measurable
• Demonstrated success building, maintaining, and leveraging senior client and KOL relationships.
• Experience developing and overseeing scientific deliverables for both investigational and mature
