Sr. Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own master program schedule; define, track, and deliver milestones
• Serve as primary PM for U.S. government stakeholder updates
• Identify blockers early; coordinate rapid solutions
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering teams
• Manage program resources and critical-path activities
• Coordinate hardware-software development with timelines and budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 5+ years in technical project/program management
• Experience delivering programs for U.S. government orgs (DARPA/ARPA/NIST)
• Strong PM skills: Agile, Gantt, Critical Path; hardware focus
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex supply chains
• PMP or equivalent is a plus
