📋 Description

• Identify, prospect and recruit new traffic partners globally.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of affiliate partners.
• Negotiate traffic types, rates, funnels, terms with partners.
• Assess prospective partners for quality and fit.
• Coordinate with Launch/Affiliate teams for onboarding.
• Monitor market trends to spot opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in affiliate marketing, sales or similar role.
• iGaming experience is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of affiliate marketing metrics and funnels.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram channels.
• Knowledge of iGaming players and partner acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
