Senior Product Manager, Internal AI & Automation

📋 Description

• Lead discovery across business functions to identify AI/automation opportunities with high value.
• Own internal AI products end-to-end from problem to launch and optimization.
• Prototype using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, no-code/low-code, and workflow tools.
• Partner with AI Operations Engineer to scale prototypes into production.
• Frame internal teams as customers; embed solutions into daily operations.
• Redesign processes when AI handles repetitive work; define success metrics and rollout plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in product management with track record of building/launching products or internal tools.
• Systems-thinking and ability to optimize complex workflows.
• Hands-on experience building AI tools, automation, agents, or internal products.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities, prompting, agent behavior, evaluation, reliability, human-AI
• Technical fluency with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, workflow automation tools; ability to prototype
• Experience with tools like Claude/OpenAI APIs, n8n, Glean, Snowflake (valued).
