(Senior) Data Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of scalable data platforms, pipelines, and models.
• Define data models for operational and analytical use cases.
• Own data infrastructure across Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Terraform.
• Improve data quality, reliability, and observability.
• Review high-risk designs and production changes for reliability.
• Manage lifecycle of data assets including metadata and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience building modern cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Dagster, dbt, Iceberg, Spanner, BigQuery.
• Experience with Azure and Google Cloud.
• CI/CD, automation, containerisation, Kubernetes; IaC with Terraform.
• Leadership: delivering technical direction, standards, and reviews.
• Experience coaching engineers and growing teams.
