Product Manager (Payments)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payments roadmap for card-present and card-not-present in hospitality
• Define how each payment media is presented and accepted
• translate flows into simple merchant experiences (refunds, tips, adjustments)
• Monitor metrics: authorization rates, latency, reconciliation
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and GTM for PCI DSS and security
• Lead discovery with processors, gateways, and partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management; 3+ years in payments/fintech
• Proven product leadership and stakeholder influence
• Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments
• Experience with payment processors, acquirers, gateways, or networks
• Strong analytics; dashboards, KPIs, data-driven prioritization
• Excellent written and verbal communication; merchant-focused
