📋 Description

• Support Executive Producer and Project Manager on production.
• Point of contact for third parties in projects.
• Handle pre-production logistics, vendor selection, onsite execution, and wrap-up.
• Develop production formats and explore new technologies to enhance experiences.
• Create production timelines and keep teams on schedule.
• Manage budgets with project managers and collaborate cross-functionally.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in live event production.
• German native, fluent English with excellent communication.
• Theatre/Stage Management experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate many moving parts.
• Innovative, solution-focused, with vendor/venue networks and permitting/insurance knowledge.
• Understand technical production requirements and fabrication basics.
