📋 Description
- Design and execute test strategies for Amazon Connect deployments covering contact flows, routing
- Build and maintain manual and automated test suites (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) for UI, API
- Validate migrations from legacy contact centers through parallel tests and data validation
- Verify production readiness via cutover validation, monitoring checks, and incident triage
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years QA/test engineering with 1+ years in contact center/CCaaS/IVR
- Hands-on with Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS platforms
- Proficiency with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium for E2E/API testing
- Experience testing serverless AWS architectures (Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, SQS/SNS
- Knowledge of conversational AI testing: intent accuracy, latency, fallback
- Strong defect documentation and UAT facilitation skills
