• Own the creative engine behind user acquisition for Cortex
• Produce a high volume of ad creatives using AI tools
• Test creatives and iterate to lower CPI
• Manage ASO across App Store: keywords and screenshots
• Monitor market and competitors for fresh angles
• Collaborate with founder and grow UA economics with growth team

🎯 Requirements

• Gen Z marketing brain paired with creative hands
• Experience creating content and portolio-driven work
• Fluent with AI creative tools or quick to learn new tools
• Analytical mindset to understand why a creative converts
• High energy, ownership, able to ship multiple creatives
• Video editing is a strong plus; Fluent English
