📋 Description

• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers
• Collaborate with offshore RSSs and RCs; coach/mentor teams
• Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and KPIs
• Be a talent advisor to hiring managers with market insights
• Develop proactive solutions for roadblocks and risks
• Provide consultative, strategic recruitment solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience
• Behavioral based interview experience
• MSAs and SOWs understanding
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders
• Strong analytics and data-to-action abilities
• Excellent communication and MS Office skills
