Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)

📋 Description

• Lead cybersecurity RMF, ATO, and continuous monitoring for DoD software factories and cloud
• Serve as cybersecurity lead with Government leadership and DevSecOps teams.
• Ensure secure software delivery across Agile/SAFe development.
• Coordinate with security officials, testers, and engineering on assessments and remediation.
• Support Zero Trust, cloud security, and container security (Kubernetes/OpenShift).

🎯 Requirements

• Clearance: U.S. Citizen, TS/SCI with CI Polygraph within 5 years
• Education: Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity/CS/Engineering/IT or related
• Certification: CISSP/CASP+/Security+ or equivalent DoD 8140
• Location: Full-time on-site in San Antonio, TX
• Experience: 9+ years in DoD cybersecurity missions; ISSM/ISSE/ Sr. Eng
• RMF/ATO: RMF implementation with ATO experience
