📋 Description

• Lead local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates; oversee facility operations
• Drive KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, Cost Per
• Ensure financial performance; meet budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse
• Develop plans to improve performance; guide management on Company programs and confidentiality of
• Teach and train site leadership in controlling expenses and labor to fit budget and sales

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in fast-paced environments managing a workforce
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Conflict resolution and team development skills
• Ability to lead in changing environments and improve processes
