• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader in upscale/premium/fashion brands.
• Experience leading teams in dynamic environments with strong decision-making and agility.
• People-first leader who develops others and drives engagement and retention.
• Operational excellence skills: planning, merchandising, movement of product, labour management
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to leverage systems and data to train teams and execute
